You must be over 16 to commission me, 18+ if you’re requesting more suggestive work.

It is required that you fill out a google form beforehand. I work on a limited slot basis and this is the easiest way to be sure I can keep things organized. (If the form is closed, it’s likely that all slots have been taken and/or my commissions are closed. Keep an eye on my social medias for availability !)

Once I’ve messaged you accepting your commission (either through email or discord), I’ll confirm the price and payment method. All prices are in USD and they must be paid in full after I have provided a rough sketch. Payment plans can be made for those with orders over $100 (50% upfront, 50% after completion). I only accept payment through Cash App, Venmo, Wise, and possibly Paypal (F&F). Completed files will not be sent over until all payments have been made.

I don’t allow “reworks” on finished commissions after they have been finalized and emailed, so be sure that everything is to your liking before they are exported !

Depending on the complexity and the commission type, the time frame for completion can range anywhere from a few days to a month, depending on when I start your piece. Read the section written under the “Commission Prices” tab for more specificity.

If in the event you need to cancel your commission, please contact me ASAP. A full refund will not be accepted past the sketch phase; meaning if any kind of cleanup/line-art/base colors has been started, you will only receive a partial refund proportional to what has already been completed.

When a rough sketch is sent for approval, this is the optimal stage for you to request any major changes. After that, only minimal changes will be able to be made. More complex adjustments may require an additional fee.

If you would like to change your mind about going forward with your commission after after a rough sketch has been sent, let me know. Communication is key and ghosting is not an effective means of communicating with an artist. Please value my time as much as I value yours !

Unpaid sketches are not be recycled and referenced for other artists unless my explicit permission is given.

I will typically ask if you would like progress shots past the sketch-adjustment phase. These phases (depending on the commission type) may include a cleaner sketch, lineart, flat colors, and final rendering. I do not do daily updates, but if you feel like I may be taking longer than usual, don’t hesitate to reach out again for a quick update. :) Should you choose to receive progress shots, be aware that I will not continue further until you have approved each stage.

Keep in mind I may post your commission on my sites, however you will have the option to remain anonymous. Reposting the work to your own sites is fine as long as proper credit is given !

As the artist, I still retain the rights to my work. All commissions are for personal use only, not commercial use. Under no circumstances should my art be used for any AI/NFT purposes.

Lastly, I have the right to refuse any commission I feel uncomfortable with. If you have questions about things listed on my Do’s and Don’ts, ask ! I will be more than happy to give clarification.
